Authorized manufacturer of organic dairy products
Aurora Gânscă is originally from Mănăstireni, Cluj County, and is one of the most successful farmers in Cluj. It has about 1000 sheep, 150 goats, 20 cows, but also a few dozen pigs, including the Mangalita breed. She produces, according to her own recipes, curd, bellows cheese, telemea cheese, urda, sausages, pastrami, caltaboşi, pork greaves, bacon. She learned to manage her farm by taking specialization courses in management and organic farming in Hanover, Germany. There she learned to use more natural light in sheep savannahs, built with transparent panels. Since 2008 she is certified as a traditional producer.
