Brandy maker
Ioan Câmpean divides his time between the orchard, the brandy distillery and the kitchen. He is a producer of fruit brandy, grown on the hills of Sânmartin commune and processed by himself. It produces plum brandy, pears, grapes, as well as mixed fruits, under the product name of Măhal and Sâmboleni. It sells its products on an order basis, but also at traditional product fairs.
