Dairy producers
Corina and Tudor Rusu, mother and son, are from Turda and have been dealing for many years with the business inherited from the lady’s father, namely raising sheep. The over 200 sheep in the herd provide them with enough milk to prepare the curd, cheese, urda and telemea cheese so appreciated by connoisseurs, but also sheep pastrami. However, the stars of Corina and Tudor’s production are bellows cheese kneaded with peppers, onions and dill, cumin or walnuts! They sell their products at fairs and markets.
